Job DescriptionTechnical Product OwnerCoppell, TXJob SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Technical Product Owner to spearhead technology solutions across our critical enterprise functions: Accounting, Facilities, Finance, Ops Services and PR. In this role, you will be responsible for defining the product vision, managing the product roadmap/backlog, and working closely with cross-functional teams and 3rd party vendors to deliver high-value solutions that enhance our restaurant and home office systems, business processes, and digital transformation initiatives.
What You'll DoServe as the Technical Product Owner for custom-developed applications and various SaaS platforms across critical enterprise functions, driving the vision, strategy, and execution of key initiatives.
Develop and manage the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and IT strategies. Collaborate with stakeholders across IT, business units, 3rd party vendors, and leadership to gather requirements, define priorities, and deliver scalable solutions.
Work closely with developers, architects, and administrators to design and implement new functionalities and enhancements.
Lead Agile product development efforts, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and release management.
Ensure platform governance, security, compliance, and performance optimization.
Stay up to date on the platforms' capabilities, industry trends, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
Cultivate strong, collaborative relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders within Accounting, Facilities, Finance, Ops Services and PR.
Act as the primary technology liaison, understanding business needs, translating them into technical requirements, and communicating technology strategies effectively.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on the effectiveness of the owned product's solutions.
What You Bring to the TeamBachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in IT Service Management (ITSM), Product Ownership, or related roles.
Proven experience owning and managing technology solutions for enterprise functions (Accounting, Facilities, Finance, Ops Services and PR preferred).
Strong understanding of both custom software development lifecycles and SaaS solution implementation and management.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse business stakeholders and external vendors.
Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, stakeholder management and presentation skills.
Experience in the casual dining or hospitality industry is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a results-oriented mindset.
Proven experience in Agile methodologies, including Scrum and SAFe frameworks.
