Full Job Description
Job Summary
Allia Health Group
is seeking a Technical Product Owner to fully own Brello and the HelloWellness Patient Platform - our flagship patient-facing products, currently mid-way through a major platform migration. You'll take over day-to-day product ownership from the Head of Product and run it end to end backlog, requirements, releases, QA coordination, and stakeholder communication. This role sits alongside a peer TPO who owns our other product lines. You'll be the person engineering, design, and business stakeholders go to for everything about the patient platform - so we're looking for someone who can hold full context, make calls, and communicate them clearly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the product backlog and roadmap execution for Brello and the HW Patient Platform, including the ongoing migration of patients to the new experience
  • Write clear, technically-grounded requirements and acceptance criteria; work daily with engineering on scoping, trade-offs, and sequencing
  • Own release management for your products: QA gates, release readiness, defect triage, and post-release follow-through
  • Run stakeholder communication across business, clinical, and operations teams - including customer-facing change comms for migration and feature rollouts
  • Use analytics and customer feedback to prioritize, and bring a point of view on what to build next.
  • Flag risks early and escalate with proposed solutions, not just problems

What We Require

  • 4+ years as a product owner, technical product manager, or similar role owning a live software product end to end
  • Strong technical fluency: you can read API docs, discuss architecture trade-offs with engineers, and write requirements developers trust
  • Experience owning releases in production environments - QA coordination, defect management, and rollout planning
  • Excellent written communication for both technical and executive audiences
  • Comfort operating with high autonomy in a remote, fast-moving team

Preferred Requirement

  • Experience with patient-facing or consumer health products, or other regulated-industry software
  • Experience managing platform migrations or re-platforming efforts
  • Familiarity with subscription/membership products and mobile app release cycles

What We Offer

  • Full benefits package including medical, vision, dental, 401(k) with company match, PTO, Flex days, holidays, and more!
