Job Description:
We are seeking the best talent for a Technical Product Manager, Vision Americas Connected Experience to be located in Jacksonville, FL.
The Vision Americas Connected Experience team is responsible for delivering personalized, best-in-class digital experiences that support eye care professionals, office staff, and patients across North America and Latin America through professional portals, consumer websites, CRM capabilities, and e-commerce solutions.
Position OverviewThe Technical Product Manager, Vision Americas Connected Experience serves as the strategic technology leader responsible for defining and executing the product vision, roadmap, and investment strategy for Vision Americas digital experiences. This role leads a portfolio spanning professional engagement platforms, consumer digital experiences, and e-commerce capabilities across the U.S., Canada, and Latin America.
The successful candidate will partner closely with Vision Care and Surgical Vision Marketing teams, Commercial Leadership, Vision Technology, Digital Product teams, Global Platform teams, and external partners to deliver innovative digital capabilities that enhance customer engagement, improve patient outcomes, and drive business growth.

Consumer Digital Websites
Digital Marketing & CRM capabilities

Connected Experience integrations and emerging digital capabilities
Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Strategy & Vision
Define and communicate a multi-year product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Vision Americas Connected Experience platforms.
Translate business objectives into technology-enabled capabilities that support customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and loyalty.
Drive alignment between regional business priorities and global platform strategies.
Establish and manage product objectives, key results (OKRs), success metrics, and value realization plans.
Portfolio & Investment Management
Own the Americas Connected Experience product portfolio, balancing strategic investments, innovation initiatives, regulatory requirements, and operational excellence.
Lead annual business planning, funding requests, investment prioritization, and financial management activities.
Manage product budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation to maximize business value and organizational efficiency.
Ensure product decisions are grounded in customer insights, analytics, financial outcomes, and strategic priorities.
Digital Experience Leadership
Oversee the end-to-end digital ecosystem supporting eye care professionals, consumers, and commercial teams.
Champion seamless user experiences across professional, consumer, and e-commerce channels.
Partner with marketing stakeholders to evolve digital engagement strategies, campaign capabilities, personalization, and content delivery.
Drive continuous improvements focused on conversion, adoption, customer effort score (CES), and user satisfaction.
Technology & Delivery Leadership
Partner with Product Owners, Engineers, Architects, UX teams, and Delivery Leaders to execute roadmaps successfully.
Lead prioritization and governance processes across multiple product teams and agile squads.
Ensure scalability, reliability, security, and maintainability of connected digital platforms.
Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage.
Stakeholder Management
Serve as the primary technology product leader for Vision Americas Connected Experience.
Build trusted relationships with:
U.S. Marketing leaders
Canada Marketing leaders
LATAM Marketing leaders
Commercial leadership teams
Vision Technology leadership
Global Digital and Platform organizations
Facilitate executive decision-making by presenting product strategies, business cases, roadmaps, risks, and performance metrics.
Serve as the technology leader for the Vision Care Canada organization and member of the respective Leadership Team, coordinating and prioritizing work and investments across digital, commercial and data & analytics.
People Leadership & Organizational Development
Lead and mentor Product Owners, Product Analysts, and cross-functional product team members.
Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, continuous improvement, and customer-centric thinking.
Develop talent pipelines and succession strategies across the Connected Experience portfolio.
Promote adoption of product-centric ways of working and agile best practices.
QualificationsRequired
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field.
8+ years of experience in product management, digital product leadership, technology management, or related roles.
Experience leading enterprise-scale digital products and customer-facing platforms.
Demonstrated success managing complex stakeholder environments across business and technology functions.
Strong understanding of digital marketing ecosystems, CRM technologies, web platforms, and e-commerce solutions.
Experience leading cross-functional agile teams.
Strong financial acumen, including portfolio planning, budgeting, and investment prioritization.
Excellent executive communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
Preferred
Experience in healthcare, medical device, pharmaceutical, consumer health, or highly regulated industries.
Experience with:
Digital experience platforms (DXP)
CRM platforms (Salesforce, Marketing Cloud)
E-commerce platforms
Identity and access management solutions
Customer analytics and personalization capabilities
PMP, Agile, Scrum, Product Management, or related certifications.
Experience leading geographically dispersed teams and regional/global initiatives.
The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$122,000.00 - $212,750.00
Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).
Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire, employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:
• Vacation –120 hours per calendar year
• Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado –48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington –56 hours per calendar year
• Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays –13 days per calendar year
• Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
• Parental Leave – 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child
• Bereavement Leave – 240 hours for an immediate family member: 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year
• Caregiver Leave – 80 hours in a 52-week rolling period10 days
• Volunteer Leave – 32 hours per calendar year
• Military Spouse Time-Off – 80 hours per calendar year
