Full Job Description
This Technical Product Manager role supports the design, delivery, and ongoing optimization of business applications built on Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate flows, Dynamics 365-driven applications, and related Microsoft 365 tools. The work includes solution design, business analysis, automation support, testing, stakeholder engagement, production support, and continuous improvement of business management and processes.

The person in this role will help maintain, enhance, and strategize around AI, automation, and data capture capabilities related to request intake, case management, queue routing, shared inboxes, email-to-case processes, user notifications, knowledge management, surveys, work items, backlog tracking, and other capabilities for cross-team collaboration. Current work includes Dynamics 365 Customer Service enhancements, Power Automate flows, Dataverse configuration, model-driven app improvements, and work management design.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on Power Platform and Dynamics 365 professional who can operate across product ownership, solution design, business analysis, testing, stakeholder engagement, and production support. They should be comfortable solving complex operational problems, guiding teams toward scalable processes, and ensuring the platform continues to meet business needs in a reliable and maintainable way.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Support and enhance Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Power Platform solutions
  • Translate business needs into Dataverse tables, columns, forms, views, automations, and model-driven app experiences
  • Design and troubleshoot Power Automate flows for case creation, email handling, queue management, notifications, work item updates, and related processes
  • Support case management, queue routing, shared mailbox behavior, notes, tasks, timelines, knowledge articles, and email templates
  • Facilitate working sessions with business stakeholders and technical teams to clarify requirements, process needs, risks, and solution options
  • Help teams define scalable operating processes for intake, handoffs, work tracking, prioritization, and reporting
  • Test new functionality, support UAT, document issues, validate fixes, and assist with production support
  • Partner with developers or technical resources on JavaScript, plugins, custom tables, custom pages, and advanced configuration when needed
  • Maintain clear documentation for requirements, design decisions, testing, releases, and transition knowledge

Required Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a product manager, product owner, or systems analyst role
  • 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Dataverse, Power Automate, and model-driven Power Apps
  • 3+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 modules or similar business management platforms
  • 3+ years of experience configuring and troubleshooting Dataverse tables, relationships, forms, views, business rules, queues, and security roles
  • 3+ years of experience designing and troubleshooting Power Automate cloud flows
  • 3+ years of experience understanding how different parts of the Microsoft tech stack (Azure, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, etc.) interact with and impact one another
  • 3+ years of experience with GitHub Actions and/or managed Power Platform solution deployment
  • 3+ years of experience with Copilot Studio, AI-assisted business processes, or Dataverse-connected agents
  • 3+ years of experience integrating Dynamics/Dataverse with systems such as Jira, ServiceNow, Snowflake, SharePoint, or other enterprise platforms
  • 3+ years of experience with reporting, operational analytics, product intake, backlog management, or work tracking tools such as Jira, Aha, Rally, Planner, Project, Figma, SharePoint, or Teams


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with JavaScript, plugins, custom pages, React/TypeScript, or other model-driven app extensions
  • Familiarity with enterprise governance, access management, secure data handling, or responsible AI review processes
  • Ability to translate ambiguous business needs into clear requirements and scalable, maintainable, and secure solution designs
  • Strong process analysis, problem-solving, testing, and production support skills
  • Ability to influence without direct authority and build strong relationships across diverse stakeholder groups
  • Strong stakeholder management and prioritization skills, including the ability to align competing business needs and drive consensus
  • Excellent written, verbal, facilitation, and documentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $91,700 to $163,700 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
