Full Job Description
    • ​​Works with other Technology areas to make tactical decisions about product functionality. 
    • Manages projects that consist of a single development team. 
    • Propose and manage demand for application work. 

    • Manages projects through all phases and milestones. 

    • Manages product feature/capability set for business solutions. 

    • Performs market and competitor analysis. 

    • Authors product requirement documents (PDDs) and technical specs to support engineering handoff and stakeholder alignment. 

    • Scopes and manages partner-facing API and system-to-system integrations, coordinating with external technical teams through delivery. 

    • Translates technical tradeoffs into business impact for non-technical stakeholders. 

    • Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned. 

    Experience: 3-4 years' relevant experience; experience with partner/vendor integrations or vertical SaaS strongly preferred. 

    Education: Must meet one of the following requirements: 

    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience (One-year relevant experience is equivalent to one-year college) 

    • Associate's Degree in a Technical Field 

    • Certification in relevant focus area 

    Preferred: Experience in insurance, animal health, or another regulated/compliance-heavy vertical. 

    Level Specific Responsibilities: 

    • Creates and manages product roadmaps 

    • Works with Marketing to determine advertising strategy for products 

    • Analyzes metrics and measures product performance; comfortable working with data engineering to validate reporting accuracy 

    • Manages larger projects that may consist of more than one development team 

    • Works with platform development vendors and internal cross-functional partners (Design, Legal, Data, Engineering) to provide technical management. Owns the delivery of platform and services 

    • Manages product strategy and feature/capability set for business solutions 

    Accountability/Complexity: 

    • Works independently on moderately complex projects/assignments and seeks guidance on projects/assignments of higher complexity 

    • May provide guidance and assistance to entry level professionals and/or support employees
