About the RoleThis is a senior product role at a
Series A B2B SaaS company building a logistics orchestration and quality compliance platform for cold chain - the system that keeps vaccines, biologics, and other temperature-sensitive products safe in transit. You'll own the roadmap for core platform modules and a growing roster of AI agents, sitting at the intersection of pharma logistics, regulated compliance workflows, and cutting-edge applied AI.
What You'll Do- Own the product roadmap for core platform modules and an expanding suite of AI agents (live risk, data summary, lane risk, documentation, LSP management, and custom customer-built agents).
- Define and enforce a clear agentic product contract: agents surface context and recommendations with visible reasoning, execute only on explicit user delegation, and log every action for audit.
- Engage directly and regularly with customers in pharma logistics, QA, and supply chain ops to translate complex, regulated workflows into elegant product experiences.
- Collaborate daily with engineering, design, data science, and ML to ship AI features grounded in the platform's data and knowledge layers.
- Define concrete success metrics - decisions automated, hours returned, releases accelerated - and rigorously track them.
What We're Looking For- 5+ years in product management or technical product engineering, with at least 2 years building AI/ML-powered B2B SaaS products.
- Proven track record collaborating with engineering teams to deliver software features on a roadmap, including creating and maintaining PRDs and product roadmaps.
- Fluency with LLMs, AI agents, and RAG architectures - enough to work credibly alongside ML engineers and make principled scope decisions.
- Experience with cross-functional collaboration across design, analytics, data science, and QA to ship production-quality features.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and experience defining and tracking KPIs for shipped features.
- Experience working in or with fully remote, US-based distributed teams.
