Overview

BRMi is seeking a Technical Product Analyst responsible for bridging the gap between technical teams and product management by delivering insightful data analysis and developing technical product specifications. Ensures that product features align with business needs. Utilizes data and technical expertise to inform technical product strategy, enhance user experience, and align technical products with business goals. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to improve product functionality, support the overall product lifecycle, and drive success.

Salary: 110k-140k

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with product management and technical team to gather, document, and analyze user requirements.
  • Translate business needs into technical requirements and specifications. specifications.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends and insights that inform product decisions
  • Develop user stories and acceptance criteria that clearly outline functionality and features for development teams.
  • Assist in testing and validating technical requirements and features before they are released to production, ensuring quality and alignment with goals.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in product analysis or software development
  • Subject matter expert within business area/specialization (Banking/Collections) with understanding of interrelationships of different disciplines
  • Deep understanding of technical concepts like APIs and data models.
  • Leads with analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Deep knowledge of business process improvement and drives automation concepts.
  • Mentors others and effectively influence collaboration across teams.
  • Advanced verbal, written, and presentation skills to effectively convey technical information and data-driven insights to diverse stakeholders.
  • Demonstrates exceptional ability to foster collaboration across diverse teams and with vendors, effectively managing expectations and cultivating strong, strategic relationships that drive successful outcomes.
  • Ability to drive complex, high-impact projects; mentor and develop cross-functional teams; and influence strategic organizational decisions through advanced data analysis and insights.
  • Leads and coordinates multiple strategic initiatives independently and within cross-functional teams, leveraging advanced organizational, planning, and time management skills to drive collective success and achieve overarching goals.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or the equivalent combination of training, education, and experience; Master's/advanced Degree or certifications preferred.
