Qualifications

• 8+ years of project/program management experience in an application support or technology environment.
• PGMP certification required; PMP, CSM, ACP certifications are a plus.
• Experience with large-scale technology programs using Agile and Hybrid methodologies.
• Strong technical understanding of Microservices, APIs, and cloud environments.
• Proficient in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and MS Project.
• Demonstrated ability in requirement gathering and managing multiple large development initiatives.
• Excellent skills in stakeholder management, negotiation, and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end oversight for Fraud technology projects and initiatives.
• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of the Fraud book of work.
• Identify and mitigate program-level risks and issues effectively.
• Establish and monitor metrics to gauge project success.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and engineering teams for informed business and technical decisions.
• Coordinate across multiple tech teams for seamless project integration and delivery.
• Analyze existing systems to identify gaps and drive technological enhancements.
