Job Description

We are seeking a Technical Oracle HCM Consultant to join our team. This role combines HCM and ERP expertise and is responsible for leading technical development efforts, managing a technical team, and ensuring high-quality delivery of solutions.

Job Duties:

Lead technical development of RICEW objects and manage the technical development team

Translate business requirements into technical solutions

Organize and facilitate technical design workshops

Document RICEW objects, conversion and integration data flows, and design standards

Research new tools and technologies to inform high-level design solutions

Apply DevOps practices as needed

Key Technical Skills:

SQL / PL/SQL

Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)

BI Publisher and OTBI report development

Page Composer for page personalizations

Optional: JavaScript, Groovy, Shell scripting, Python

HCM & ERP Knowledge:

Understanding of key HCM and ERP business processes such as: Payroll, Core HR, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Assets, Suppliers/Customers, Supply Chain, Item Master, BOM

Familiarity with common integrations: Outbound AP Payments, Inbound AP Invoices, GL Journal, Suppliers, Customers

Oracle Cloud security: roles, data access, and creation of custom roles

Requirements:

Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills

Ability to quickly learn new technologies and tools

Flexible work location (not remote from Colorado or New York City without approval)
