Position Summary

We are seeking experienced technical professionals with deep expertise in UTS to support the delivery of advanced operational training. This role combines technical subject matter expertise with instruction, mentoring, and curriculum development to educate operational personnel on UTS capabilities, methodologies, and applications. Successful candidates will possess broad technical knowledge, operational awareness, and a passion for teaching.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver technical instruction related to UTS systems, capabilities, and operational applications.
  • Develop hands-on exercises and practical demonstrations.
  • Explain complex technical concepts to operational audiences.
  • Support curriculum development and continuous course improvements.
  • Evaluate student performance during classroom and practical exercises.
  • Collaborate with operational instructors to integrate technical content into realistic training scenarios.
  • Stay current on evolving UTS technologies and operational applications.


Required Skills

  • Active Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph.

Additional Details

Fusion Innovation anticipates the annual base salary for this position will generally range from $100,000 to $215,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to:

  • Years of direct applicable experience with this work and the customer
  • Relevant education, certifications, and training
  • Contract labor category requirements, skill level, contract bill rate, and hours allocation
  • Alignment with the position's responsibilities
  • Additional specialized skills
