Your Career

We are seeking an accomplished Technical Operations Specialist to lead data-driven initiatives within the LATAM Technical Solutions organization. This role is pivotal in transforming how we leverage data analytics to drive technical sales growth within our technical selling community. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, technically skilled, and has a proven track record in data analytics and advanced reporting in a technology-driven environment.

Your Impact
  • Lead end-to-end analytics for the LATAM Technical Solutions organization; including the design, implementation, and optimization of data-driven processes and dashboards
  • Partner with LATAM leadership to translate theater priorities into operational frameworks, ensuring technical sales strategies are measurable and executable
  • Identify operational gaps within the organization and design scalable, automated workflows to improve organizational efficiency and field productivity
  • Partner with the Global Technical Operations team for a coordinated approach to data analytics across Technical Solutions
  • Participate in LATAM theater leadership meetings to learn theater priorities, identify metrics to measure and produce weekly reports for the theater on their specific Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to support business objectives
  • Develop and automate complex reports and analytical dashboards using advanced tools (e.g., Tableau, Google Sheets, GCP BigQuery, Google Looker Studio, Salesforce, SQL, Python)
  • Translate business needs into actionable data insights through reporting tools and AI to proactively identify trends, opportunities, and risks to inform leadership decision-making
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Sales Operations, Finance, Human Resources, Product, and Engineering to ensure data integrity, alignment, and execution of strategic initiatives
  • Establish and lead the operational 'heartbeat' for the theater, including Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR)
  • Author high-quality executive summaries, strategic documents, and presentations to communicate complex analytical findings to senior leadership and stakeholders
  • Drive continuous process improvement through data mining, statistical analysis, and the implementation of automation solutions through the use of AI
  • Mentor and train leaders on advanced analytics tools and methodologies, fostering a culture of data literacy and continuous improvement
  • Assist with reports for quarterly theater campaigns, Key Sales Objectives (KSOs) and Manager Bonus reporting issues

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in analytics program management, data analytics, strategy and operations, business operations, sales operations, or a similar role within a technology or consulting environment
  • Demonstrated technical proficiency in data architecture and visualization tools with a focus on translating complex datasets into operational strategy and actionable business insights
  • Proven ability to automate complex reporting tasks and build scalable, repeatable analytics solutions
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects that require influencing stakeholders and driving behavioral change across a technical sales organization
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing executive-level reports and presentations
  • Advanced critical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail, with a track record of delivering error-free, high-impact analytical work
  • Experience working with large datasets, data warehousing, and business intelligence concepts
  • A history of not just identifying insights, but owning the end-to-end implementation of operational improvements from conception to completion

Preferred Skills
