Qualifications

• PhD in Chemistry, Materials Science, or a related field with 5+ years of industry experience or equivalent.
• Hands-on experience with analytical chemistry techniques including LC, GC, NMR, or ICP-MS.
• Experience leading or mentoring technical teams with progressive leadership responsibility.
• Interest in developing as a people leader while achieving technical results.
• Ability to solve complex problems and guide teams in analytical methods.
• Experience with manufacturing or customer-facing technical organizations.
• Familiarity with tools like STARLIMS, JMP, and Power BI.
