OverviewFWI is seeking a Technical Manager with environmental expertise to support the U.S. ArmyCorps of Engineers, Huntsville Engineering and Support Center (USACE HNC) on the RealProperty Support Services III (RPSS III) Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC). Thisrole pairs deep expertise in a DoD real property system of record with subject-matter knowledgein environmental compliance, NEPA processes, and environmental analysis. You will applyspecialized knowledge of real property systems — supporting task orders that help DoDinstallations across the country maintain accurate, audit-ready Real Property data — while alsobringing environmental expertise to support compliance, documentation, and decision-makingon environmental matters.

Work Schedule and Location:
Remote: This full-time remote position will work Monday through Friday, 8am to 4pm. Travel is required.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert support for a specific real property system of record on assigned taskorder(s)
- Collect, enter, edit, maintain, and report data within the assigned system of record
- Perform data quality checks and validate records for accuracy
- Support audit readiness and compliance for the assigned system
- Apply environmental expertise to support NEPA processes, environmental compliance,and environmental studies or analyses as task orders require
- Coordinate with installation stakeholders and environmental staff to ensure alignment ofenvironmental and real property requirements
- Strengthen the program team's technical depth across DoD real property systems andenvironmental disciplines
Qualifications
Required:
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience with one or more DoD real property systems of record (such as GFEBS, INFADS, RPLANS, BUILDER, ePRISMs, HQIIS, or GIS)
- Experience must be recent — gained within the last 2 years, with the past 12 months preferred
- Demonstrated depth of real property systems experience
- Demonstrated experience conducting NEPA analyses at the Environmental Assessment(EA) or Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) level
- Strong working knowledge of federal and state environmental regulations
- Experience preparing environmental documentation — such as NEPA documents(CATEX, EA, EIS) or regulatory submissions — for federal or state agency review
- Background in environmental engineering or environmental science
- Prior DoD or federal installation environmental support experience
