Role Summary: rchitecture authority and top technical escalation (L3) for the estate; oversees the Bangalore engineering team and safeguards quality across the 6 releases per year.
Key Responsibilities: - Own architecture and design decisions across Portico, PODS, CDODS, ProvTrak and the interface layer
- ct as L3 escalation; lead root-cause analysis on the hardest incidents
- Review code and designs; govern releases and change (CAB); enforce security and performance standards
- Mentor and technically direct the offshore full-stack developers
- Champion Sanciti AI / RGEN usage for knowledge, impact analysis and modernization
- Participate in the on-call rotation for escalations - after-hours coverage and response for critical (P1 / P2) incidents
Required Qualifications: - Proven application-sustainment experience - maintaining, supporting and enhancing established production systems day to day; this is a sustain (run-and-maintain) engagement, not greenfield development
- 10+ years engineering with strong Java and Python; genuine full-stack breadth
- Direct, hands-on experience with application transitions - knowledge acquisition, shadow / reverse-shadow and go-live from an incumbent
- Familiarity with the estate's legacy stack (VB6, Jython) and Oracle SQL/PL-SQL
- Proven architecture, code-review and multi-shore technical leadership
- Must be based at the V2Soft Michigan office; US work authorization
Preferred: - Healthcare provider-data domain
- Integration-heavy environments (120+ interfaces/feeds)
- Cloud / modernization experience
