Technical Lead - Oracle Cloud ERP/SCM who will own the technical backbone of a major Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP/SCM implementation managing and participating in integrations, data conversion, reporting, extensions, and environments. You'll translate functional designs into a coherent technical architecture, lead a team of developers, and be the person who makes sure the technology is never the reason the project slips.

Work You'll Do:- Define and own the end-to-end technical architecture, including the RICEFW (Reports, Integrations, Conversions, Extensions, Forms, Worflows) inventory and technical design standards.
- Design and oversee integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) connecting Oracle Cloud to warehouse management, transportation, banking, tax, EDI, and legacy systems.
- Perform technical work for RICEFW items.
- Own the data conversion strategy and execution using FBDI and ADFdi. Extract, transform, load, validate, and reconcile across multiple mock conversion cycles.
- Lead development of reports and analytics using OTBI, BI Publisher, and Smart View, aligned to business KPIs.
- Manage environments and release strategy: instance planning, refresh schedules, and coordination with Oracle quarterly updates.
- Design role-based security and manage the segregation-of-duties model in partnership with functional leads.
- Run technical design reviews and code reviews; hold developers to documented standards and reusable patterns.
- Estimate technical work, sequence the build plan, and report progress, risks, and blockers to the Sr. Project Manager.
- Support SIT, UAT, and performance testing with defect triage and root-cause analysis; own technical cutover tasks at go-live.
Qualifications:- 7+ years of Oracle technical experience, with at least 2 full-lifecycle Oracle Cloud (Fusion) implementations as a technical lead or senior technical consultant.
- Hands-on expertise with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC): REST/SOAP adapters, file-based integrations, orchestration patterns, and error handling frameworks.
- Deep experience with FBDI-based data conversion across ERP and SCM data domains (suppliers, items, on-hand inventory, open POs/SOs, GL balances, open AP/AR).
- Strong reporting toolkit: OTBI subject areas, BI Publisher data models and templates, and SQL.
- Working knowledge of Oracle Cloud security architecture: roles, data access sets, and provisioning.
- Proven ability to lead and quality-check the work of onshore/offshore development teams.
Preferred- Experience with VBCS, APEX, or Oracle PaaS extensions for gaps that configuration can't close.
- Oracle Cloud technical certifications (OIC, ERP, or SCM).
- Exposure to SCM-heavy integration landscapes: WMS, MES, 3PL, EDI (850/855/856/810), and shop-floor systems.
- Familiarity with Oracle AI capabilities (AI Agent Studio, embedded ML features) and where they add real value.
- Prior consulting experience with client-facing design workshop facilitation.
Salary & BenefitsThe expected annual base salary for this position is $170,000-$190,000. Salary offers are made based on a variety of candidate specific factors such as candidate's skills, performance, job responsibilities, prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications and market considerations.
