Ability to lead the pod(s) of engineers (onshore/offshore) responsible for end-to-end application development. This role requires deep expertise in both front-end (Angular) and back-end (Java Spring Boot) technologies, along with proficiency in debugging and optimizing code. Cloud knowledge, particularly GCP (Google Cloud Platform) is critical
Technical Skillset:
•
- Strong experience with Angular (version 16+), Java Spring Boot, and relational databases (PostgresSQL) •
- Extensive experience with cloud-native application development and deployment •
- Familiarity with GKE or similar container orchestration platforms • Agile framework and tools like Rally, JIRA for sprint management •
- Debugging and performance optimization techniques, feature flagging •
- Technical Leadership • Proven track record of leading technical initiatives and setting standards across the development lifecycle •
- Experience in conducting code reviews, problem-solving, and ensuring code meets acceptance criteria •
- Ability to mentor team members and provide guidance on technical skills and project alignment • CI/CD Pipeline Setup: •
- Hands-on experience setting up CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions, Harness, Argo CD, and CircleCI •
- Expertise in automating workflows and deployments through pipelines • Familiarity with testing automation tools like Playwright
Education:- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
