ANTICIPATED AWARD: July 2026
ANTICIPATED START: July 2026
PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: 1 Base Year + 3 Option Years
LOCATION: Doral, FL

CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT: Active TS/SCI Clearance

Responsibilities:
• Proposed personnel shall possess expert-level knowledge in data engineering, geospatial analysis, and open-source intelligence (OSINT) methodologies.
• They must demonstrate proficiency in developing and delivering training on the use of Jupyter Notebooks, API integrations, metadata management, and structured data layer development.
• Familiarity with secure data environments, role-based access controls (RBAC), and cataloging standards is essential.
• Personnel must be skilled in creating and adapting hands-on instructional content for technical users, including practical exercises that simulate real-world data processing, analysis, and visualization tasks.
• The individual must also be able to coordinate with the Training Coordinator to align delivery with broader training objectives and ensure content is responsive to Government-directed priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are required to facilitate documentation, post-training support, and dynamic engagement with both U.S. and partner nation personnel.

Required Qualifications and Skills (Must Be Reflected on Your Resume):
• A Bachelor's degree in in education, Instructional Design, Intelligence Studies, or a related field -OR- A minimum of 5 years of equivalent in technical training, curriculum development, or applied instruction.
• Must demonstrate working knowledge of OSINT methodologies, geospatial data analysis, or intelligence tradecraft, with practical exposure to ESRI ArcGIS, dashboard analytics, Jupyter Notebooks, or other mission-relevant tools.
Active TS/SCI Clearance

Desired not Required:
• Experience supporting interagency collaboration, training program evaluation, or working with international or partner-nation personnel.
