The impact you'll makeConduct dynamic training for the DGP Engineering and LSE community through a blend of classroom lectures, online formats, and hands-on lab sessions. Deliver impactful instruction to new hires to give them baseline training for preparedness to work in a lab environment. Work closely with the Technical Program Managers (TPMs) to learn training content, update training material, and document/track new hire performance.
What you'll doProvide a combination of classroom, in-person, in-lab, and online training to new hires
Manage up to 3 cohorts of new hires at one time
Conduct in-lab practical's and weekly assessments
Coordinate with technical training team in building J for scheduling of new hire training
Provide tailored 1:1 training as needed and dependent on new hire area of focus
Track performance in the training dashboard
Report any issues or updates with the TPM team
Learn lab tools in-depth for more advanced training

Self-starter and able to manage schedule on their own
Ability to work independently but also as part of a cross-functional team
Flexible and able to adjust schedules based on trainee's needs
Ability to communicate progress to management
Motivated to learn different products and lab tools
Preferred qualifications- Semiconductor experience of at least 5 years
- Engineering/LSE/Field Service experience in dielectrics for at least 3 years or technical training in dielectrics for at least 3 years.
- Mentoring/training of others for at least 2 years
