- Drive technical excellence: Write precise documentation, collaborate with engineering to surface product gaps, and inform roadmap decisions with real-world customer data.
- Shape the category: You're joining early enough to define how technical operations scale and establish best practices from scratch.
Who You AreTechnical Foundation- BS/BA in Computer Science or related technical field
- Strong programming fundamentals (Python, SQL, APIs, data structures)

Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field
- 1-3 years in technical roles (exceptional new grads encouraged to apply)
- NYC-based and excited about in-office collaboration in a high-intensity environment
- Authorized to work in the United States
