  • Collaborate and train distribution channel partners for selling Henkel products.

What you'll do

The Position:
  • Grow and profitability maintain Henkel's (Loctite) General Industrial Adhesive Technologies business
  • Prospect for new business opportunities at existing and targeted OEM/MRO accounts
  • Location: South Shore and East End of Montreal
  • Travel: Travel within specified territory. Approximately 10% of overnight travel required.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Sell OEM/MRO products, determine customer needs at existing and new accounts. Develop new value-added opportunities to grow our sales and market presence.
  • Establish Territory Business Plan to create tactics, which will ensure growth of key/ target markets/customers in territory.
  • Implement Time and Territory Management techniques such as monthly report, distributor partnership plans etc. to establish and achieve dollar-producing objectives on a monthly/quarterly cycle.
  • Learn and implement sales skills training as outlined in Henkel Training.
  • Implement marketing programs and provides marketing department necessary feedback to meet market needs.
  • Motivate, educate and close business in group situations such as OEM/MRO seminars, Customer Training Schools, etc. with end customers
  • Train, work with and motivate our distribution channel partners to sell Henkel products/solutions
  • Assume responsibility for other duties as assigned by the Regional Manager
  • Operate within approved expense plan.

The salary for this role is $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 CAD. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.

Vos responsabilités

Le poste
  • Assurer la croissance et la rentabilité des activités de Henkel (Loctite) en adhésifs industriels généraux
  • Développer de nouvelles occasions d'affaires auprès des comptes OEM/MRO existants et ciblés
  • Territoire : Rive-Sud et Est de la ville de Montréal
  • Déplacements : Déplacements dans le territoire assigné, environ 10 % avec nuitées

Responsabilités principales
  • Vendre des produits OEM/MRO, analyser les besoins des clients existants et nouveaux, et développer des opportunités à valeur ajoutée pour accroître les ventes et la présence sur le marché
  • Élaborer un plan d'affaires territorial afin de définir des stratégies assurant la croissance des marchés et clients clés
  • Mettre en œuvre des techniques de gestion du temps et du territoire (rapports mensuels, plans de partenariat avec les distributeurs, etc.)
  • Appliquer les méthodes et formations en vente conformes aux standards de Henkel
  • Déployer les programmes marketing et fournir une rétroaction afin d'aligner l'offre avec les besoins du marché
  • Animer, motiver et conclure des ventes lors d'activités de groupe (séminaires OEM/MRO, formations clients, etc.)
  • Former, accompagner et mobiliser les distributeurs pour promouvoir les solutions Henkel
  • Assumer toute autre responsabilité confiée par le directeur régional
  • Respecter les budgets de dépenses approuvés

Profil recherché
  • Formation postsecondaire requise (baccalauréat privilégié)
  • Grande autonomie et capacité à travailler de façon indépendante
  • Excellentes aptitudes en communication et en organisation
  • Maîtrise d'Excel, PowerPoint et Word
  • À l'aise avec les présentations devant groupe
  • Expérience en vente industrielle (atout)
  • Forte aptitude mécanique et intérêt pour les procédés de fabrication
  • Expérience en gestion de réseaux de distribution (atout)

  • Permis de conduire valide au Canada
