This program requires US CitizenshipRole OverviewThe Technical Fabricator works within a small, specialized team supporting surveillance operations and covert microwave/video system fabrication. This role focuses on building, modifying, and customizing housings and hardware used in sensitive Federal law enforcement investigations.
Core Responsibilities- Surveillance housing fabrication - Fabricate and customize housings for covert surveillance technologies used in Federal criminal investigations.
- RF/GPS/AV device fabrication - Plan, build, repair, modify, design, and install cases, stands, covers, and enclosures for RF (VHF/UHF/Microwave) devices, GPS units, audio/video systems, and covert hardware.
- Precision hardware modification - Adapt and refine components to support surreptitious deployment and concealment.
- Operational fabrication support - Ensure fabricated components meet operational requirements for covert and field ready surveillance use.
Required Experience- Relevant fabrication background aligned with precision, RF, microwave, or covert hardware fabrication.
- CAD/CAM proficiency - Skilled with industry standard CAD/CAM software and fabrication hardware.
Qualifications & Education- HS Diploma or GED
- Precision fabrication training - Currently enrolled in or graduate of a program emphasizing precision fabrication or technical build work.
