Technical Engineer - 5-10 years' experience (Denver,CO/Shelton,CT)

In this role, you will join an established customer portfolio and take ownership of supporting, troubleshooting, and maintaining real-world healthcare environments. You will work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure systems remain stable, secure, and high performing, while continuously improving how we support our solutions.

What you will do
  • Support customer environments by troubleshooting complex technical issues related to enterprise imaging systems
  • Investigate system behavior through log analysis, performance review, and root-cause identification
  • Collaborate with internal engineering, security, and project teams to coordinate fixes, improvements, and system optimizations
  • Support customer implementations and upgrades by assisting with system configuration and integration activities
  • Work directly with hospital IT teams and clinical users to understand workflows, technical requirements, and operational constraints
  • Build long-term relationships with customers and serve as a trusted technical contact for your assigned portfolio
  • Participate in an after-hours support rotation once fully onboarded

Who you are
  • You have 5-10 years of experience in technical support, systems engineering, systems administration, or a related IT role
  • You bring a strong analytical mindset and a structured, methodical approach to troubleshooting complex systems
  • You have solid experience with networking fundamentals and Windows and/or Linux environments
  • You are comfortable working directly with customers and clearly explaining technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • You are curious, self-driven, and motivated to continuously deepen your technical expertise
