Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemistry, electrical engineering or related field required
• Master's degree preferred
• 10+ years of experience in hardware engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Proven track record of managing complex development projects from conception to deployment
• Strong knowledge of rubber chemistry design principles, tools, and methodologies
• Experience with embedded systems, PCB design and hardware prototyping
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions
• Familiarity with ASTM regulatory standards related to Rubber Glove and Sleeve products

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the hardware engineering team, including recruitment and training
• Develop and execute the hardware engineering strategy aligned with company goals
• Oversee the design, prototyping, testing, and validation of hardware
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless product integration

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineering staff
