Full Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Technical Director to lead our Salisbury electrical safety engineering team. This role involves overseeing the design, development and deployment of innovative solutions that include rubber gloves, sleeves, blankets, line hoses, Arc Flash PPE, grounding and jumpers' portfolios. The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering background in rubber compound chemistry, exceptional leadership skills and a passion for advancing technology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the hardware engineering team, including recruitment, training and performance management.
  • Develop and execute the hardware engineering strategy in alignment with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Oversee the design, prototyping, testing and validation of hardware
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management and quality assurance to ensure seamless integration of product and process solutions.
  • Drive development projects from concept through to production, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
