Job DescriptionThe Technical Digital Product Manager is responsible for a portfolio of service orchestration capabilities that enable seamless integration, automation, and delivery of enterprise services. This role will own the strategy, roadmap, adoption, performance, and continuous evolution of service applications, orchestration platforms, APIs, event-driven workflows, and integration capabilities.
The Technical Digital Product Manager partners closely with engineering, design, architecture, data and business stakeholders to identify problems worth solving, validate opportunities through discovery, and translate strategy into a clear roadmap and prioritized backlog. Success in this role requires strong product judgment, systems thinking, and the ability to balance long-term application health with near-term delivery and business value.
The ideal candidate combines strong product management expertise with deep technical understanding of service-oriented architectures, workflow orchestration, platform capabilities, APIs, integrations, automation technologies, and operational service delivery. They serve as the bridge between engagement layer, business service layer, engineering teams, platform owners, and enterprise architecture to ensure orchestration products deliver measurable business outcomes.
Unlike traditional customer-facing product roles, this position focuses on enabling internal and external services to work together efficiently, reliably, and at scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, drive and execute product strategy for one or more products in our growing digital product portfolio.
- Decompose complex problems into smaller manageable tasks by creating and prioritizing a backlog for the Product Team.
- Define and manage metrics to measure the success of your efforts and to inform the overall product strategy.
- Manage the product backlog, create an effective vision and provide timely stakeholder feedback on development iterations.
- Coach and mentor members of the team as well as members of the cross-functional development organization on how to collaborate and conduct idea generation, consumer research, test design and execution, measurement, product implementation, customer interactions and roll out.
- Break down complex technical problems into deliverable increments
- Define and prioritize capabilities that improve service automation, process efficiency, system interoperability, and operational effectiveness.
Essential Skills- A minimum of 3 years' experience conducting product scoping, discovery, framing, owning and managing a backlog in an Agile environment, accepting user stories in Agility or similar tools
- OR 3+ years working with enterprise platforms, integrations, APIs, middleware, or orchestration technologies.
- Service enablement, platform orchestration, API ecosystems, workflow automation, integration strategy, operational outcomes, service consumption, platform interoperability, workflow optimization
- Proven experience working daily with software engineering teams, evidenced by participation in agile team ceremonies (e.g., iteration planning meetings, retros, demos) and translating business requirements into technical deliverables
- Experience delivering product work within a multi-team technology environment, including managing dependencies and sequencing deliverables
- Demonstrated ability to partner closely with engineering and architecture teams on systems thinking, service design, integration patterns, data flows, reliability, and scalability.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver measurable outcomes, including defining, contributing to, or tracking KPIs, product metrics, or delivery success measures.

CompensationCompensation offered for this role is 120,000.00 - 193,725.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
