Overview
We are seeking an experienced Technical Delivery Project Manager to lead initiatives supporting field operations, maintenance, and asset management organizations. This individual will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, driving project delivery while leveraging SAP PM and field operations analytics to improve operational performance, workforce efficiency, and business outcomes.
Responsibilities:
• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical projects supporting field operations and maintenance functions.
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define project objectives, and ensure successful delivery of solutions.
• Manage project schedules, milestones, risks, dependencies, and issue resolution.
• Facilitate communication and coordination between business users, technical teams, vendors, and leadership.
• Support and enhance SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) processes and related operational workflows.
• Analyze field operations data to identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and maintain reporting, dashboards, and KPI metrics for operational and executive audiences.
• Monitor project performance and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational efficiency, asset utilization, and service delivery.
• Ensure solutions align with business requirements, regulatory standards, and organizational objectives.
Requirements:
• 7+ years of experience in Technical Delivery, Project Management, or Program Management roles.
• Strong experience supporting SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) environments.
• Experience working within field operations, maintenance, asset management, or utility organizations.
• Knowledge of Field Operations Analytics, operational reporting, and KPI development.
• Ability to gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with dashboard development, data analysis, and performance reporting.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and project planning skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
Nice-to-Have:
• Experience in utility, energy, telecommunications, or other asset-intensive industries.
• Familiarity with field service management processes.
• Experience with enterprise reporting and analytics platforms.
• PMP, Agile, Scrum, or related project management certifications.
• Experience leading large-scale operational transformation or process improvement initiatives.
