  • Provide technical leadership across cloud, infrastructure, application, data, cybersecurity, systems integration, and operational support functions, ensuring teams remain focused on delivering reliable and effective outcomes.
  • Coordinate and allocate technical resources based on priorities, workload, technical expertise, and delivery timelines to maximize team effectiveness and execution success.
  • Monitor delivery performance using established metrics, milestones, service levels, and operational objectives, proactively identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead technical discussions, solution reviews, risk assessments, and decision-making sessions with customer and contractor teams to drive clarity, alignment, and progress.
  • Oversee operational support activities, incident response coordination, escalation management, and issue resolution efforts to maintain service continuity and minimize mission impact.
  • Identify, track, and manage delivery risks, issues, dependencies, and technical blockers, ensuring timely mitigation and resolution.
  • Partner closely with the Senior Program Manager to support contract execution, delivery governance, workforce planning, customer communications, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure deliverables, operational practices, technical recommendations, and team outputs comply with contract requirements, federal standards, security requirements, and customer expectations.
  • Establish and maintain delivery management processes, reporting mechanisms, and execution disciplines that provide transparency into performance, status, and outcomes.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, responsiveness, continuous improvement, and customer focus by setting high expectations and modeling professional leadership.
  • Maintain a strong onsite customer presence to strengthen relationships, build trust, facilitate collaboration, and identify opportunities to enhance mission support and service delivery.

What do you need to succeed in this role?
