Please note that the Technical Content Manager III - General Systems position is an onsite position in Warner Robins, Georgia and is contingent upon contract award.The Technical Content Manager III supports the RSAF F-15 CSTO Sustainment program by validating, updating, and developing country-specific technical orders for F-15 aircraft systems, while interpreting engineering changes and coordinating with USAF, customers, and contractors. The role requires deep technical expertise, hands-on experience with aircraft systems and technical data tools, and the ability to lead, collaborate, and travel in support of program needs.
Duties/Responsibilities- The Technical Content Manager III is responsible for the overall execution and day-to-day operation of all areas of the RSAF F-15 Country Standard Technical Orders (CSTOs)
- Performs validation/verification testing of system and components.
- Ensure production/development and timely/quality delivery of F-15 systems CSTOs
- Interpret engineering data, engineering change proposals and other changes and directives and incorporate them into F-15 system CSTOs
- Develop maintenance data on new systems incorporated into the aircraft and support technical data.
- Configures aerospace vehicles and bench test equipment. Troubleshoots complex pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems to isolate mechanical or electrical faults and repair faulty components.
- Interface with USAF, Customer, and other contractor personnel
- Help other team members during periods of peak production requirements.
- Continue building the technical strength of the group to support future program needs.
Required Skills/Abilities- F-15 knowledge (a plus), experience, and recognized ability to be considered an expert in technical field.
- Demonstrate the ability to independently perform technical tasks and collaborate effectively with junior and mid-level personnel.
- Travel in support of technical data conferences, meetings, reviews, validations, verifications, and other technical data related activities when requested (Such travel may be both CONUS and OCONUS)
- Familiarization with AF field and depot level maintenance activities, AF tech data, material qualification & acquisition systems, and AF maintenance policies & programs.

Education and Experience- Associate or bachelor's degree in technical field or equivalent work experience may substitute for the education requirement or equivalent experience in a related field or both (Subject Matter Expert)
- Must possess advanced aircraft knowledge, experience and recognized ability to be considered an expert in their technical field (Avionics, Electrical, Weapons or Crew Chief).
- Technical data update experience preferred.
- Must be familiar with U.S. Air Force (USAF) field and depot level maintenance activities, USAF technical data, material qualification and acquisition systems, and USAF maintenance policies and programs.
- F-15 related experience a plus or 20 years of directly related experience with proper certifications.
- Min 5 yrs. technical data update experience in a related field
