About the RoleWe're looking for a Technical Content Creator to join our Go-To-Market Technical Product Training team and help build the next generation of training materials for our Identity Security (IAM/PAM) product suite. This role sits at the intersection of instructional design, video production, and hands-on technical curriculum - you'll be creating training videos, slide decks, and testing scenario labs that our customers, partners, and internal teams rely on to build product expertise and earn certifications.
You'll work closely with SMEs to translate complex technical concepts - identity security, privileged access, least privilege - into training content that's clear, engaging, and genuinely useful for learners at different skill levels.
Occasionally you will be required to work from our office locations, primarily this position is work from your home office with less than 10% travel.
What You'll Do:Produce technical training videos- Script, record, and edit e-learning videos that walk learners through product capabilities, configuration options, best practices, and real-world use cases.
Design technical training slides - Build polished, on-brand presentation decks for instructor-led training (ILT), webinars, and SME events. Leverage AI tools for content generation and polish.
Build test scenario labs- Collaborate with SMEs to design and test hands-on lab environments and exercises that let learners practice real configurations, troubleshoot issues, and validate their skills in a safe training environment
Support certification programs- Create content that supports certification tracks and helps learners prepare for and pass technical assessments
Collaborate cross-functionally- Partner with product managers, product marketing, solutions engineers, sales enablement, and subject matter experts to ensure technical accuracy and relevance
Iterate based on feedback- Use learner feedback, completion data, and stakeholder input to continuously improve content quality and effectiveness
What You'll Bring:- 2-4+ years of experience creating technical training content - videos, slides, e-learning modules, and instructor-led curriculum
- Experience with hands-on labs or test scenarios for technical products (not just conceptual/theoretical training)
- Comfort with video production and editing tools (e.g., Articulate, Camtasia, Adobe, or similar)
- Strong skills in presentation design (PowerPoint or similar) with an eye for clear visual communication of technical concepts
- Ability to translate complex technical material into content that's accessible to varied audiences - from technical practitioners to non-technical stakeholders
- Instructional design skills - you can structure a learning plan, not just produce assets
- Self-directed and comfortable managing multiple content projects simultaneously
Nice to Have- Background or hands-on experience in cybersecurity, particularly Identity and Access Management (IAM) or Privileged Access Management (PAM)
- Familiarity with concepts like least privilege, Zero Trust, just-in-time (JIT) access, session monitoring, or lateral movement/privilege escalation
- Experience supporting certification program development (content, labs)
- Experience with e-learning authoring tools (Adobe, Camtasia, or similar platforms)
- Prior experience in a SaaS or enterprise software company's training/enablement function
Why Join UsYou'll have the opportunity to shape how customers and partners learn one of the industry's most important security disciplines - privileged access and identity security - at a time when the threat landscape (agentic AI, non-human identity sprawl, credential-based attacks) makes this training more critical than ever.
