The RoleWe're hiring a Technical Chief of Staff who operates as a force multiplier for the founders - someone who turns frontier research into market momentum and keeps a fast-moving company running at full speed. You will own outcomes across go-to-market, operations, and strategy, often being the first (and only) person on a problem until it's solved or scaled.
You'll work directly with the CEO and cofounders on the highest-leverage problems in the company, shifting between strategic and deeply tactical work within the same day.
What You'll Own- Founder leverage. Drive the founders' highest-priority initiatives while providing the day-to-day operational support that keeps them focused on what matters most; preparing for critical partner and investor conversations, coordinating priorities, turning decisions into execution, and handling the details that keep the company moving.
- Go-to-market from zero to one. Shape positioning, identify and land early design partners and customers, run pilots end-to-end, and build commercial motion.
- Company operating rhythm. Build and run the systems that keep a research-driven company aligned and fast: planning cycles, goal tracking and internal KPIs, internal communications, and cross-team execution.
- Special projects. Jump on whatever is most important and least owned - a partnership negotiation, a launch, a market analysis, an operational fire - and drive it to completion.
Who You Are- 6-10 years in high-growth tech: Chief of Staff, founder, early startup operator, GTM/BizOps leadership, management consultant, or top-tier strategy roles with an operating track record.
- Fluent in the AI landscape: you understand models, the frontier lab ecosystem, and how AI products are built and sold. You can hold your own in technical conversations with researchers.
- Proven at zero-to-one GTM: you've taken something new to market and closed early customers or partners, not just supported those who did.
- Exceptional written and verbal communicator who can distill ambiguity into crisp decisions and narratives.
- Extremely high energy and endurance. This is an intense, all-in role with long hours at a company moving at frontier-lab pace. You thrive on that, and you're at your best when the stakes and tempo are high.
- Bias toward action. You default to doing, you're relentlessly resourceful, and nothing is beneath you or above you.
We offer a base salary of $250,000-$400,000 USD and a meaningful equity grant, depending on experience and background, along with competitive benefits.
