Job Description:

Responsibilities:
  • Understand customer requirements and business objectives.
  • Provide strategic advice on using technology to achieve goals.
  • Manage IT initiatives and collaborate with inhouse technical staff.
  • Design IT systems and networks ensuring the right architecture and functionality.
  • Support new technology implementation.
  • Train users in new and existing IT systems.
  • Provide assistance with technical issues.
  • Revise existing systems and suggest improvements.
  • Produce reports

  • Hybrid Tuesday/Wedsday/Thursday in office schedule
  • Locations: Basking Ridge, Denver, Irving, NYC
Spotlight Call Notes:
Technical Skills:
  • Product Ownership: Ability to function as a product owner, including writing requirements, working with engineering, understanding business requirements, and breaking them down into sizable engineering requirements.
  • Technology Migration: Experience or understanding of how largescale technology migrations should take place.
  • This will be the primary duty.
  • Technical Understanding: Ability to understand highlevel engineering terms and how technology works.
  • Solutions Architecture: Understanding of technologies, similar to a solutions architect role, without necessarily needing a development background.
Software Development Technologies: Familiarity with software development tools and concepts, including:
  • Pega
  • Google products (B2B)
  • Fullstack development (front-end web experience)
  • Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
  • Basic understanding of application development technologies (e.g., Java, .NET, UI technologies)
  • Business Systems Analysis: Ability to evaluate existing technologies from a business perspective to determine if they meet business needs.
Soft Skills:
  • Strong Communication: Ability to present to various stakeholders and interface with executive teams.
  • WellSpoken: Essential for interacting with different groups.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to evaluate requests and determine how to deliver solutions.
  • Relationship Building: Critical for success, fostering strong relationships with engineering partners and business partners.
  • Business Acumen: Ability to understand what the business is truly asking for.
Preferred Experience:
  • Working in large, matrixed enterprise environments with a variety of products and technologies.
  • Candidates do not necessarily need a telecom background, but experience in a large company with similar complexity is beneficial.
  • No experience in data visualization (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) or analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) is required.

Pay Range: $45 - $50/hr on W2

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
