Full Job Description
This person will be joining the Ecommerce division. The CRM & Data Integrations Business Analyst will play a pivotal role on the team, operating at the intersection of Business Strategy, Technology, and User Experience. In this role you will collaborate with product leads, Salesforce developers and other stakeholders to gather inputs for project requirements, create documentation, complete testing, and focus on creating business value. A successful candidate will have a keen eye for customer advocacy, refinement, and performance-based optimization to drive the growth of Direct channel revenue and enhance the customer value proposition.
