Full Job Description
The Opportunity

Research Innovation is one of the newest, fastest-moving teams inside JLL Research, built to help the business work smarter with data, AI, and better ways of connecting as an organization. This role is a chance to get in early and help build that out, developing AI assistants, agentic applications, and the citizen tooling that lets the rest of Research work faster, then teaching colleagues across the org how to use and build on it themselves. It's a hands-on, high-visibility seat on a team that's still being built, ideal for someone who wants to build first, enjoys teaching what they build, and is comfortable figuring things out as priorities shift.

What You'll Do
  • Support our AI tooling community: Answer simple and complex AI user questions related to agentic workflows, tooling and AI use in general. You must be able to communicate with technical and non-technical users.
  • Support in building out our citizen development program: Design and stand up the tooling, workflows, and training that let non-technical colleagues build their own automations and AI solutions.
  • Assist in building agentic enterprise software: Get hands on experience with larger pieces of agentic applications and enterprise tools alongside our engineering team.
  • Adapt as we grow: Jump in wherever the team needs help day to day and adjust as our priorities shift.
  • Contribute ideas & solve problems: Bring forward better ways to build, structure, and scale our technical tools and workflows as the team grows. Partner with team members to help solve problems and implement change.

What We're Looking For
  • A flexible, can-do mindset: genuinely energized by a role that changes shape as the team and its priorities grow.
  • Computer Science or Math degree: Bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics, or a related technical field.
  • 0-3 years of experience in a software engineering or technical building role, ideally with exposure to workflow automation, scripting, or AI tooling. We welcome you to submit internship experience as well.
  • Strong spoken & written communication skills: You must be comfortable speaking and writing to people, including senior executives.
  • Business acumen and curiosity: Interest in understanding Research needs, workflows, and how to make them work more efficiently and unlocking value for clients and the business
  • Highly organized with an eye for detail and follow-through.
  • Passion for AI tools: Direct passion and demonstrated ability to build skills and agents andcomfort learning new systems quickly.
  • Comfortable teaching: genuine enjoyment explaining technical concepts and confidence presenting to individuals and groups.
