Job Title: Technical Analyst, SuccessFactors Core HCM & Talent

Role Summary

The Technical Analyst, SuccessFactors Core HCM & Talent serves as an consultant and technical authority for Trulieve's SAP SuccessFactors environment, with deep expertise in Employee Central, Recruiting, and Onboarding. This role is designed as an internal consulting resource that Payroll, HR, and IT teams can rely on for complex troubleshooting, solution design, and guidance on optimal system usage.

While the role will perform hands-on configuration and support, its primary responsibility is to design, troubleshoot, and guide complex SuccessFactors solutions, ensuring system stability, scalability, and alignment with Trulieve IT standards.

Responsibilities

SuccessFactors Subject Matter Expertise
  • Serve as the primary expert and escalation point for SAP SuccessFactors, with a focus on Employee Central, Recruiting, and Onboarding.
  • Act as a trusted technical consultant to HR, Talent, and IT partners on SuccessFactors capabilities, design options, and best practices.
  • Research, analyze, and resolve complex system issues spanning configuration, business rules, data model behavior, workflows, MDF objects, and integrations.
  • Provide expert guidance on how to best utilize SuccessFactors functionality to meet business requirements while minimizing customizations.
  • Proactively identify system limitations, risks, and improvement opportunities.

Advanced Configuration, Development & Support
  • Design, configure, and enhance SuccessFactors solutions to support HR and Talent processes.
  • Create and modify business rules, workflows, MDF objects, templates, and system settings to support complex use cases.
  • Troubleshoot multi-module and cross-process issues, performing root-cause analysis and implementing sustainable solutions.
  • Support releases, testing, and deployment of changes across environments.
  • Provide production support and guidance during critical business cycles such as hiring ramps or organizational changes.

Reporting & Data Support
  • Support custom reporting and data analysis needs using available SuccessFactors tools and data sources.
  • Assist HR and Talent teams with data validation, auditing, and reconciliation activities.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Leadership
  • Partner closely with HR, Recruiting, Payroll, Workforce Management, and IT teams to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Collaborate with vendors and system integrators as a senior technical point of contact.
  • Provide technical mentorship and guidance to SuccessFactors Technical Analysts.
  • Translate business and functional requirements into scalable technical designs.

Documentation, Knowledge Sharing & Enablement
  • Create and maintain detailed technical and functional documentation related to configurations, designs, and support procedures.
  • Establish and promote best practices for SuccessFactors design, configuration, and support.
  • Provide advanced training and knowledge transfer to HR and Talent stakeholders.

Secondary & Nice-to-Have Module Experience
  • Apply working knowledge of SuccessFactors Benefits, Performance Management, Development, and Succession to support cross-module scenarios.
  • Identify integration and downstream impacts when changes involve optional or adjacent SuccessFactors modules.


QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors, with deep expertise in Employee Central, Recruiting, and Onboarding.
  • Demonstrated ability to function as an expert-level internal consultant and senior technical resource.
  • Experience supporting additional SuccessFactors modules such as Benefits, Performance, Development, and Succession is strongly preferred.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve complex system issues independently.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
  • SAP SuccessFactors certifications in Employee Central, Recruiting, or Onboarding are strongly preferred.
