Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Technology Project Manager to lead enterprise web application, cloud, Disaster Recovery, and Business Continuity initiatives. The role will be responsible for planning, execution, governance, risk management, stakeholder coordination, release management, and ensuring successful delivery of scalable, secure, highly available, and resilient technology solutions on AWS.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead the planning, execution, and governance of enterprise web application and cloud initiatives, ensuring successful delivery of scalable, secure, and highly available AWS solutions.
• Drive the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of Disaster Recovery (DR) strategies, including Recovery Time Objectives (RTO), Recovery Point Objectives (RPO), resilience planning, and Business Continuity alignment.
• Manage end-to-end DR testing exercises, including scope definition, stakeholder coordination, runbook preparation, logistics planning, execution oversight, issue remediation, and executive reporting of results and recommendations.
• Partner with application development, infrastructure, cloud engineering, security, and business teams to ensure deployment readiness, environment stability, operational resilience, and compliance with organizational standards.
• Oversee application release and deployment management across multiple environments.
• Leverage modern DevOps practices, automation tools, CI/CD pipelines, and AWS cloud services to support reliable and efficient application delivery.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate technical, operational, and project risks across cloud, web application, and DR initiatives.
• Provide project leadership, governance reporting, and stakeholder communication to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors throughout project planning, execution, testing, deployment, and remediation activities.
• Track project milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and deliverables to ensure initiatives remain on schedule and aligned with business objectives.

Required Qualifications
• 10+ years of IT experience.
• 5+ years of experience in Technology Project Management roles.
• Demonstrated experience developing and executing Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity programs.
• Experience managing enterprise technology initiatives involving cloud and web applications.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional technical teams, vendors, and executive stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of Disaster Recovery concepts, including RTO, RPO, resilience planning, and DR testing.
• Experience managing application releases, deployments, and technology delivery across multiple environments.
• Strong project governance, risk management, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with AWS cloud environments and cloud-based application initiatives.
• Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment automation.
• Experience preparing and executing DR runbooks and coordinating enterprise DR exercises.
• Experience working with application development, infrastructure, security, and cloud engineering teams.
• Experience presenting DR testing results, risks, remediation plans, and recommendations to executive leadership.
• Experience managing vendors and geographically distributed cross-functional teams.

Additional Requirements
• Ability to work onsite in Malvern/Berwyn, PA, three days per week.
• Ability to work with a start time of 8:00 AM EST.
