Offered Position: Tech Ops Engineer III

Job Location: New Albany, Ohio



Position Responsibilities:

Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis for Building Management System/ Electrical Plant Management System (BMS/EPMS) issues. Review and implement control sequences of operations. Develop and modify control logic programming and user interfaces. Participate in on-call rotation for technical support. Develop project scopes, schedules, and budgets. Manage multiple BMS/EPMS improvement projects. Coordinate with project leaders and stakeholders. Support commissioning activities. Manage BMS/EPMS service contracts. Handle procurement activities. Review vendor proposals and purchase orders. Train internal customers on BMS/EPMS. Provide technical support throughout data center lifecycle. Manage stakeholder requirements and relationships. Review quarterly maintenance results. Conduct local site visits for troubleshooting. Supervise vendor work for compliance. Ensure adherence to local codes and standards.

Position Requirements:

Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field and two years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field and five years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or a related occupation as equivalent to the Master's degree and two years of experience. Must have two years of experience in the following skills: (1) experience in project management, project coordination, or technical management; (2) designing, configuring, programming, installing, troubleshooting, or servicing Building and Electric Plant Management Systems applications specific controllers, software, and networks; (3) knowledge of electrical and mechanical

systems.

40 hours / week, 8:00am-5:00pm, Salary Range $139,300/year to $208,000/year.
