This is an urgent, high-impact role requiring a rare blend of expertise in AI-driven Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) tools, automated Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), and advanced specification-driven development methodologies.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for accelerating application modernization initiatives by leveraging state-of-the-art AI tooling and intent-based architectures to deliver robust, self-healing, and highly scalable software solutions.
AI-Driven SDLC Acceleration Lead the adoption and integration of advanced AI-driven SDLC tools-specifically Antigravity, Antigravity 2.0, and the Antigravity CLI-to optimize refactoring, code generation, and modernization pipelines.
Architectural Innovation Drive engineering practices using Spec-driven development and Intent spec-driven development, translating high-level business and technical intent into concrete, automated execution frameworks.
AI-Augmented SRE Design, implement, and maintain intelligent, AI-augmented SRE frameworks to enhance observability, predictive anomaly detection, and automated incident remediation across modernized applications.
Collaboration & Delivery Work closely with cross-functional Latam delivery teams, providing technical leadership, mentoring engineers on advanced AI toolsets, and ensuring alignment with client modernization roadmaps.
Core Required Expertise
Antigravity Suite Deep hands-on experience with Antigravity, Antigravity 2.0, and Antigravity CLI for code analysis, migration, and SDLC automation.
Modern Development Paradigms Proven track record in Spec-driven development and Intent spec-driven development, with the ability to architect systems based on rigorous specification frameworks.
AI-Augmented SRE Experience integrating AI/ML models or intelligent agents into SRE practices (e.g., automated root-cause analysis, self-healing infrastructure, intelligent alerting).
