Responsibilities and Duties:
¿ The Senior Business Analyst job is responsible for examining and identifying various sources of Battery Vehicle related data within the organization, authoring the business requirements.
¿ Business Analyst to perform assessment on existing EV brand that supports for EU market and see the new trends that help answer business questions and improve business decision making.
¿ Perform business analysis related to Hybrid Electric Vehicles to define the strategical business view of Fully Electric Vehicle in Urban areas and Clean Diesel technology everywhere else to see the business advantage of being adaptable to almost every situation.
¿ Identify the business needs and possibilities of Hydrogen based for medium to long term powering trucks.
¿ The job function involves performing business analysis on current NA market trends and preparing benefit cost analysis with emphasis on OEM's selling Future fully electric vehicles vs Hybrid vs alternatives.
¿ Perform Business stakeholder analysis and identify the Personas and work with cross Teams collaboratively within the organization while defining the business requirements.
¿ Responsible for assessing privacy and regulatory compliance requirements from an organization point of view and provide recommendations to address the gaps.
¿ Under limited supervision, the Senior Business Analyst job is responsible for collecting EV related data internal as external data sources and perform complete business analysis represent with score cards.
¿ Provides business process, system support, and data quality governance for EU & NA data through data coordination and integration to ensure efficient processes and consistent business data flows.
¿ Develops business reports and dashboards using appropriate tools (Tableau or Power BI) to identify key business metrics, trends, opportunities, and gaps.
¿ Optimizes dashboard reporting for operations and management to ensure data driven decision making and to tell the Service Assurance story.
¿ The Senior Business Analyst is responsible for defining the Business Requirements Specification and continuously improving the specification based on the Market Trends, EV based new ideations, EV related Organization roadmap updates and business needs accordingly. Qualifications
¿ Bachelors' degree in Computer Science, Informatics, or a related field required
¿ Masters¿ degree in Computer Science preferred.
¿ 10+ years of experience in a business and data analysis role
¿ For this challenging position we are looking for candidates with automotive domain experience.
¿ 5 years of relevant work experience and have preferably worked in vehicle telematics and vehicle related business focused assignments. ¿ You are a self driven, critical personality who wants to work with in the organization and continually focus on the new business trends in BEV and support the Business and Product teams on defining the Product Features and solutions for the customer, and expected to work where there is lot of ambiguity and pressure.
¿ Hands on experience with ETL tools and techniques (Desirable)
¿ Hands on experience with dashboarding tools (Tableau, PowerBI), and techniques (Desirable)
