We are seeking mid level to senior PM to join our Lifecycle Transformation Design team. Candidates with demonstrated proficiency in navigating intricate design challenges. Ideal candidates should bring a deep understanding of systems thinking, adeptly applying this approach to complex enterprise problems. Collaboration is key, as the role involves working closely with product owners, scrum teams, and fellow UX designers to develop design solutions that effectively address user needs and system complexities. Candidates are expected to actively participate in design reviews and user testing to validate and optimize their design solutions. Comprehensive understanding of systems thinking and its application to complex enterprise issues. Effective collaboration with cross functional teams and participation in design reviews and user testing. Experience in modernizing and improving interaction patterns within products, while integrating existing frameworks. Ability to create clear workflow or system diagrams to convey high level concepts and systemic intricacies. Contribute to the design of Salesforce related products, utilizing experience with SLDS to ensure a cohesive user experience. Ability to work swiftly and efficiently, producing multiple design options and variations for review. Exhibit an independent and collaborative mindset when tackling complex design challenges.
