Design, develop and deliver Learning and Development programmes flowing from the People and Development Strategy.
Ability to plan and execute projects at a team and organizational level.
Contributing to the culture, by demonstrating behavioral competencies and encouraging others to do the same.
Drafting, implementing, reviewing and advising upon learning and development proposals, issues and policies

Provide specialist advice on learning and development activities.
Conduct training needs analysis, learning needs analysis and provide advice and training options to managers and staff.
Review existing learning material and ensure it meets the current needs of the organization.
Innovative and effective programmes are developed to deal with a range of learning and development situations.

Feedback from learners is that their training reflects the intended practice, and enhances service quality.
Managers are provided with timely and high quality advice and tools to assist with needs analysis and specialist development situations.
