APIC Infrastructure
Application and System Upgrades for DataPower Gateways and APIC
Patches
Bug fixes
Certificates updates
Work with CADE regarding code signing cert for ESTS
Ensure DPOD patching completes successfully
Maintain LEAP scheduler for production and nonproduction DPOD
Proactively ensure compatibility between DataPower, APIC and DPOD, RHEL, Kubemetes versions
APIC reporting
Weekly reporting
DPOD reporting
Qualys reports
PCI compliance for APIC
Perform weekly health checks for Analytics, Developer's Portal, Management and Gateways
Infrastructure Report card for CPU, memory and storage (disk space)
Capacity Planning
New Requests
Peak
Burst Capacity
Vendor Management
Open/update tickets with IBM with any APIC related issues
Provide must gather for DPOD issues
Provide error reports/gateway logs
Postmortem logy/HAR files
Attend weekly IBM meetings for ticket status
IBM Quarterly Report Card
Approving applications in APIC Management servers
Must be done daily as there is a 24hour SLA for all approvals
Attend onboarding meetings for new applications
Must be done in conjunction with CADE
Approve capacity for new applications.

Ensure scheduling is timely- Production changes should be done over the weekend
Upgrade/Migration checklist
Automate regular/periodic tasks related to APIC
APIC Support
Ensure all APIC related incidents are addressed in a timely manner
Remediate user access issues sent via SMCs or email
