Strong healthcare domain knowledge is a must.
Hands-on experience working with CMS and/or Payer data feeds - Medical Claims, Eligibility, Rx Claims, Provider, CMS data, Quality Care Gap data.
Advanced SQL skills with demonstrated experience performing data analysis, data illustration/visualization, data validation, data profiling and data cleansing activities.
Experience with Business Analyst deliverables - Conducting JAD sessions, working with external and internal stake holders, Requirements gathering - User stories and/or BRDs, Source-to-target mapping documents, data validation issue log maintenance, workflow diagrams, System specification documentation.
Ability to communicate, illustrate, articulate, and quantify data analysis and data validation findings to internal and external stakeholders.
Project management skills are preferable specifically the candidate's ability to track requirements to closure, provide updates on DEV, QA completion and perform UAT testing.
Strong knowledge of datawarehouse/data engineering ETL
Experience in JIRA for scrum project management
