Job Description - Kyriba Project Manager
This is a great opportunity to provide Project Management leadership at Solenis to participate as a leader in one of our top strategic Mergers and Acquisitions projects working with internal Solenis and Diversey team members, including external vendors and partners to plan and implement Kyriba.
This position requires strong planning, scheduling and execution capabilities as our business relies heavily on our ability to be assertive, creative, and transparent. The Project Management Office is a value-added service that is easy to engage and reliable in delivery. The best candidate will be an individual contributor who can lead a global team with internal and external resources to plan and execute projects. This position requires someone with Strong listening skills with the ability to return clear understanding orally or written. There is an emphasis to have the capability to work in a fast-paced environment to achieve business outcomes through project delivery. The position requires that the Project Manager uses the current PMO tools and processes to ensure quality of project status and reporting as required on a scheduled or ad-hoc basis. Requires frequent interaction and communication with the Business Process Management team for resource prioritization, scheduling and execution.
Length of Time Needed: 8 months
These are the Key Skills Required:
Experience working in SAP/ERP implementations and merger and acquisition integrations.
PM should be able to prepare Project plan with our inputs.
Able to track status and follow up with internal team, stake holders.
Organize meetings to complete the work in time.
Work late/weekend during critical tasks such as cutover, go-live.
Key Accountabilities:
Project Management, Reporting and Budget Management:
Lead and implement given projects aligned with business goals
Facilitate creation and presentation of business cases, project charters and implement deliverables in a timely and efficient manner.
Provide project stakeholders and PMO Director, VP PMO and CIO with regular project status & reporting - Bi-weekly performance and Steering Committee meetings
Manage stakeholder expectations through clear, concise, and professional presentations and communications.
Works with PMO leaders to report budget and scheduling impacting issues, change requests, business decisions.

Must be results-oriented - our business stakeholders look for creative ways to achieve business benefits quickly.
Excellent analytical skills - must be able to quickly analyze issues and facilitate development of mitigation plans.
Working well with a diverse group of technical and non-technical colleagues and being able to lead them to delivering their overall objectives.
Strong interpersonal skills - influencing, negotiating, and leading people inside and outside of IT.
Excellent team building skills.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Strong planning skills with experience in Microsoft Project & Smartsheet. We use KeyedIn projects for Portfolio Management in which we will train.
Experience and knowledge of business processes and applications regarding Kyriba is a plus for these positions.
