Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in business analysis within the healthcare domain
• Proficient in handling CMS and payer data feeds such as medical claims, eligibility, and Rx claims
• Advanced skills in SQL for data analysis and visualization
• Experience in delivering Business Analyst documentation, including user stories and BRDs
• Strong communication skills for articulating and presenting data analysis findings
• Knowledge of data warehouse and ETL processes
• Familiarity with JIRA for managing Agile project workflows

Responsibilities

• Lead the analysis of healthcare data, focusing on CMS and payer feeds
• Facilitate JAD sessions to gather requirements from stakeholders
• Create and maintain user stories, BRDs, and data validation logs
• Perform data validation and data cleansing activities
• Illustrate and present data analysis findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Oversee project management tasks, tracking requirements and updates on development and QA processes
• Conduct UAT testing to ensure product meets specifications
