Tech Lead- SAP Group Reporting TECHM-JOB-30812 Role:-Tech Lead- (SAP Group Reporting) Location: -Dearborn, Michigan (Willing to work from Dearborn - customer office 2 days a week) FULL TIME JD SAP GROUP REPORTING MODULE Technical SKILLS Required: • Deep understanding of SAP GROUP REPORTING MODULE and its integration with other modules. • Hands on configuration experience in GROUP REPORTING MODULE • Understanding of SAP HANA Data Modeling to achieve the end state of the IERP design • Understanding and experience in Planning sequence and Planning function types • Understanding of BPFs and GROUP REPORTING MODULE Variance Reporting The responsibilities of this position include: • Perform requirements gathering, Business Analysis, Fit Gap Analysis, Configuration, System Testing, Documentation (FDD and TDD) and End User Training Review and Analyze Ford's Business processes Lead and Support of Conference Room Pilot (CRP) and blueprinting sessions. • Collaborate with Ford Business, IT and Implementation partners to identify ERP scope Assist gap analysis of the as is design and development of functional design Analyze integration requirements and work with legacy non SAP systems, Create Use cases, user stories and other requirements documents • Support testing on SAP platform Provide SME expertise in the business processes for planning, record to report and source to procure for global design in automotive industry Support data profiling, extraction and cleansing activities for the CRP The requirements of this position include: • Experience in role required 7 to 10 years of IT experience • 5 to 7 years of functional experience with hands on configuration in SAP modules FICO/GROUP REPORTING MODULE • Experienced in at least 1 full life cycle of S4HANA and Fiori implementation • Experience in hands on and root cause analysis skills Ability to provide techno functional specifications and work with ABAP Developer teams • Highly motivated team member with good interpersonal and strong communication skills
