Full Job Description
Tech Lead to work onsite in support of a government contract for a client located in Charlottesville, VA. An active TS/SCI clearance with a CI poly is required.

Responsibilities
  • Manages and ensures the timely completion of specific, defined multi-discipline information systems programs or projects of greater than average complexity and scope.
  • Uses specific knowledge about one or more areas of information systems to research, plan, communicate, and achieve objectives through program and project teams.
  • Oversees the team as they plan, track, and execute project plans from start to completion.
  • Recommends changes to improve information systems processes and to alleviate process inaccuracy and duplication.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • TS/SCI security clearance with a CI poly.
  • B.A. or B.S. in software engineering or related field.
  • U.S. citizenship is required for this role.
  • 5+ years of experience with software development and IT networking in multi-classification environments, cloud environments, standalone systems, high performance computing, and software integration between all computing environments.
