Position:Tech Lead
Location:TAMPA, FL
Duration: Full Time/Lateral
Skills.
5G RAN Architecture,Protocols & amp; interfaces & amp; basic concepts of RF
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for analyzing the customer requirements, converting them into system requirements and capturing of detail design for the development team.
  • Need to have working knowledge of RAN EMS systems for Ericsson, Samsung, and Nokia
  • Experience with configuring RAN 4G/5G devices and network testing
  • Facilitate test set definition and prioritization
  • Experience with development on linux platforms
    • Design and develop functional LAN/WAN/WLAN network infrastructure
    • Experience with SNMP, RESTAPI, Netconf and Ansible.
  • Excellent customer service skills.

Essential Skills, Qualifications and Certifications
    • In-depth understanding and best practices of Cisco's Routing and Switching protocols (OSPF, BGP, MPLS, QOS, VLAN)
    • Strong background in network administration, architecture, design and documentation skills
    • In-depth understanding and best practices of Communication protocols (TCP/IP, SSH, NTP, SNMP, NETCONF, XML, YANG, DHCP)
  • Experience with Cisco Wireless Routers (ASR1K,900,9010 and NCS540,5500)
  • Experience with Nokia Wireless Routers (SAR7750,7705 and 7250 IXRs)
  • Experience in developing the Ansible playbooks/REST APIS for NMS functions automation including health checks, backup, upgrade, templating.
  • CCNA/CCNP Certification.
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline, or equivalent experience (preferred)
    • 6+ years' experience with configuring, designing, deploy and troubleshooting large enterprise network infrastructure
