Description
Test Manager ¿ Big Data Environment
¿ 7 10 Years of relevant experience in Testing
¿ Proven experience in driving Test Strategies and end to end testing projects and programs
¿ Proven experience on Quality Center, Performance Center, load runner and other testing tools
¿ Should be experienced to propose new tools based on the customer's workspace and/or leverage the existing tool
¿ Proactive in the Identification of program Risks Issues Concerns and highlight it to respective stakeholders providing mitigation as applicable
¿ Should have the required experience in configuring the testing tools across varied applications/platforms
¿ Basic knowledge on Hive and Impala or similar Big Data technology
¿ Strong QA and testing industry knowledge Share QA process frameworks, tools, and best practices that can be adopted
¿ Creative solving of technical problems ¿ ability to translate technical requirement to test plans
¿ Business process understanding (Pharma preferred)
¿ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
¿ Ability to work in collaboration with cross functional teams
¿ A long term vision from the perspective automation frameworks
