Job Title: Ultrasound General Technologist

Must-Have:
- Must be independent and competent in venous insufficiencies, arterial duplex, ABI/PVR, renal artery stenosis, SMA, abdominal Doppler complete (Hep V, portal veins, splenic V, SMA, IVC, etc.), occasional BPG, carotid, and aorta.
- Average number of scans/studies performed per day is between 8 to 10.
Description:
The department has 5 rooms, and the candidate will primarily work out of one.
There is no requirement to float or cover other areas.
The department uses EPIC for patient charting, and the PACS version is Centricity UV PACS.
The equipment used includes Philips Elite and Parks Flo Lab.
A manager is present on each shift.
Radiologists are in-house from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
There is no requirement for starting IVs.
The schedule is set, with no self-scheduling option available.
Scrubs are required, and any solid color is acceptable.
There will be 1-2 weeks of training/orienting.
No weekend or holiday work is required.
There are no call or standby requirements.
This is an acute care setting in a level 2 trauma division.
