Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of recent echocardiography experience preferred
• Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) or Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS) certification required
• BLS certification from AHA essential
• Proficiency in transthoracic, stress, and possibly transesophageal echocardiograms
• Strong understanding of cardiac anatomy and hemodynamics

Responsibilities

• Perform non-invasive cardiac ultrasounds to evaluate heart structure and function
• Work closely with cardiologists to deliver high-quality images
• Provide preliminary findings for diagnosis and treatment planning
• Ensure patient comfort and safety during imaging procedures
• Document and maintain accurate patient records and imaging results
