Team Operations Manager Opportunity Summary:The Team Operations Manager is accountable for daily execution throughput, technician productivity, backlog control, quality performance, and customer delivery reliability within assigned branches or territories.
Job Duties:- Accountable for daily scheduling execution and backlog health through Service Coordination Supervisors.
- Own technician productivity, labor utilization, and execution efficiency within assigned territory.
- Ensure quality assurance reviews are conducted to reduce repeat work and execution defects.
- Resolve operational customer issues prior to escalation to Regional Operations Manager.
- Drive corrective action when branch KPIs fall outside established thresholds.
- Lead hiring, development, and performance management of branch personnel.
Work Experience & Qualifications:- Associate degree from a two-year college or technical school; or two years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Supervisory Experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
